Matrimandir & I
The Matrimandir & I is an independent documentary project exploring people's personal relationship with the Matrimandir — the spiritual heart of Auroville and a place created around the ideal of human unity. Over five years, we recorded the stories and reflections of 75 people, creating a unique living archive of voices from Auroville. From these conversations, we have created a 12-episode documentary series, individual interviews, short films and The Center Within, a feature-length documentary bringing these voices together into one cinematic journey. The films are now ready to travel beyond Auroville. Your support can help us bring them to audiences around the world through screenings, festivals, distribution and outreach.
